I have visited Bagel Plus just grabbing a bagel to go, or sitting down enjoying a meal, many times. The bagels as well as breads are delicious and ALWAYS fresh. The service is as good as you can expect from a fast paced bakery. It is always packed out the door which shows obviously people love the food and great selection they offer. The other review states that the portions are small for the price you're paying. I apologize, but I believe the prices are reasonable for fresh products, if you don't want to pay the $4.99 for a bagel with cream cheese and lox, don't go to a bakery which serves fresh everything, go get a 90 cent bagel from Tim Hortons. Bagel Plus, no question makes the best bagels in the city, also they bake a fabulous rye roll. You won't find a more perfectly cooked bagel anywhere in the city, I guarantee it. I am selfish when it comes to baked goods and give all my business to this establishment. You will not find another bakery in the city that makes a bagel so warm and soft in the inside, and so crunchy but not too hard on the outside, with the perfect amount of salt, anywhere in the city.

Greek Salad was very good. A little heavy on the dressing. Definitely order the salad" chopped" as it is so huge its impossible to mix it without making a mess.. Bagels were very fresh ( still slightly warm).. My husband ordered lox and cream cheese and it was very fresh, served with crisp veggies, however for the price you pay ( about 10$) the lox portion was small.. Overall food was fantastic. We were not impressed with the service. Place was jammed packed with a line up and only 3 servers working? Servers could try smiling and making the customers feel welcome.. Very surly servers working there..
